Bushings are the best! I remember the day I upgraded all my mounts and bushings.. It was like a whole other animal. No clunking (22 y/o cars clunk anyways but w/e), and it felt faster since the power was delivered more efficiently.

My old MR ‘94 RS felt like a new machine when I did bushings. It was crazy. I thought swapping to the B20 was awesome. Then that thing......man.
I miss that car.

Did you pick a set up for your coupe? Let me know how they are, I’ve been DDing an 08 Si sedan for the past six years (bone stock save for a K&N drop in), and I’ve thought about doing shifter bushings for a couple years. 3rd can be somewhat sloppy to shift into at times, and a number of articles I’ve read pointed to shift cables/bushings.

I have a Hybrid Racing Clutch Master Cylinder coming to rid myself of the 2nd gear lock out. The 8th gen forum suggested the bushings too to help with the feel. Hopefully itll be on by next week

The OEM bushings don’t suck. They suck for track use . But it’s not a track car. The rest of the car sucks for track use as well. It’s a Civic.
